You need to return your product?

We're sorry, that you're not happy with your order. As part of our extended right of return you can return your product up to 30 days after arrival of the package. You do not need to indicate any further reasons, but we would be happy to get your feedback.

Sending in the watch

After the return has been registered, you can simply send the package to the following address:

We recommend that you send the watch with tracking and best of all insured. Please pack the watch well and enclose the following return form.

▽ When and how will the purchase amount be refunded?

Refunds are usually made using the original method of payment and within 5-7 business days after the goods arrive at our warehouse. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, the amount will be refunded immediately or a short time after.

▽ What is the return policy if the Laimer product was purchased on another platform, e.g. Amazon?

If you did not buy your Laimer product on www.laimer.bz but on another platform such as Amazon or even locally at a Laimer retailer, you have to make your return on the same platform or in the same store. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the product directly through us.

▽ Will I receive a return label for my return?

As stated in our return policy, you must arrange a return shipment yourself and the cost of doing so is your responsibility. On request, we can also arrange for pickups, so that the package is picked up at your home (or at the address of your choice). This way it will be returned to us insured; the cost for the pickup is €15.- and will be deducted when you transfer the purchase amount.

▽ Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your product instead of returning it. Just contact us.
