You'd like to return a product?

We're sorry, that you're not happy with your order. As part of our extended right of return you can return your product up to 30 days after arrival of the package. You do not need to indicate any further reasons, but we would be happy to get your feedback.

Submission of the watch

After registering your return, please send your parcel to the following address:

We recommend to ship the watch with shipment tracking and, if possbile, assured. Be sure to pack the product well and add the following Return Formular to your parcel.

▽ When and how does the reimbursement of the purchase amount take place?

The repayment usually happens with the original used payment method within 5-7 working days. Depending on which payment method you chose, the amount will be refunded immediately or after a short period of time.

▽ How can I return my watch, if it was not bought on www.laimer.bz, but on another platform like e.g. Amazon?

In case you did not buy your product on our website, but another platform or local dealer, you have to contact the store where you bought it directly. In this case, it is not possible to return the watch on www.laimer.bz.

▽ Can I get a return label for my return?

Just like stated in our return policy, you have to organise your return yourself and also cover the costs. We can offer to organise a pick-up of the parcel; that way the parcel will be collected at your home (or any other address you prefer). Like this it will be shipped assured to us; the costs for a pick-up are 15,- € and will be withholded when reimbursing the purchase amount.

▽ Can I also exchange my product?

Yes, you can also exchange your product instead of returning it. Please contact us.
