We're sorry, that you're not happy with your order. As part of our extended right of return you can return your product up to 30 days after arrival of the package. You do not need to indicate any further reasons, but we would be happy to get your feedback.

▽ When and how will the purchase amount be refunded?

Refunds are usually made using the original method of payment and within 7-10 business days after the goods arrive at our warehouse. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, the amount will be refunded immediately or a short time after.

▽ What is the return policy if the Laimer product was purchased on another platform, e.g. Amazon?

If you did not buy your Laimer product on www.laimer.bz but on another platform such as Amazon or even locally at a Laimer retailer, you have to make your return on the same platform or in the same store. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the product directly through us.

▽ Will I receive a return label for my return?

We will cover the shipping and return costs*, provided that a guarantee/warranty case exists. For this purpose, we provide collection services on request, a refund of the shipping costs afterwards is not possible.

▽ Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your product instead of returning it. Just contact us.
